The Hinowa Lightlift 20.10 Performance IIIS tracked aerial platform is now available with powered supplied by lithium batteries. This has obvious benefits, enabling work in sensitive areas and inside buildings.
Fully charged, the batteries provide up to 6 hours continuous use when manipulating the platform and up to 2.5 hours when being driven by the tracks.
The depleted batteries can be fully charged overnight in a cycle that takes approximately 5 hours. Although up to 80% charge is achieved after 2.5 hours.
The Lightlift 20.10 Performance IIIS is also available with the Honda petrol engine IGX440 with automatic rpm control for maximum efficiency, reduced dimensions and consumptions. There is also the option of a Hatz diesel engine with “HD Autorev” technology with automatic accelerator.
Where there is an appropriate power supply, the unit can be fitted with a AC110-230V motor for use in internals and places where quiet is required
The new jib configuration that allows to for two operators with maximum weight of 230 kg to a maximum height of 20 m and horizontal outreach of 9.7 m.
The higher capacity allows for more tools to be carried for use by the operators.
The platform is equipped with a triple-speed drive system (up to 2,5 km/h) and special controls monitoring the inclination which will decelerates automatically in extreme conditions, to enhance operator’s safety
