The new TC-20 Track Impact Crusher from IROCK Crushers combines a larger feeder, a high-performance four-bar impactor and heavy-duty components for exceptional efficiency, reliability and precision.
The TC-20 produces a uniform, cubical product, and IROCK’s hydraulically adjustable aprons provide better control over sizing. The unit has the versatility to process soft to medium rock, recycled concrete and recycled asphalt.
The rotor measures 1,016 x 1,422 mm (40 inches x 56 inches) and can process a variety of materials up to 610 mm (24 inches) in diameter. A 440-horsepower Cat C-13 ACERT Tier 3 engine powers the crusher, which can process up to 500 TPH.
The track crusher features a fixed, Hardox hopper with a 11.5 m³ (15 yd³) capacity. It is paired with a 1,320 mm x 4.88 m (52-inch by 16-foot) vibrating grizzly feeder, which has 19 mm (¾ inch) liners on the pan and side walls. The feeder is up to 914 mm (3 feet) longer than comparable units, making it possible to feed material with a large wheel loader.
It features a standard crusher bypass chute to reduce unnecessary wear on the crusher. With this chute, fines that fall through the grizzly feeder can either bypass the crusher and mix back in with the crushed material or be removed via the dirt conveyor with a simple adjustment to the flop gate.
The new crusher also incorporates IROCK’s exclusive ROCK BOX, an innovative alternative to discharge chutes found on similar units. The ROCK BOX uses a shelf system with abrasion resistant wear bars that allow crushed material to build up and act as a wear liner, which cuts down on costly labour and wear parts.
The TC-20 is highly portable, with 508 mm (20 inch) track pads for easy manoeuvrability around a job site or onto a trailer for transportation to other locations..
